How to get anxiety to work for you

When I was starting out my anxiety ran so high I couldn’t tell whether I was hungry or anxious. I also thought that once I made it the anxiety would go away; it didn’t. But I was able to make my anxiety into a friend. Here how:

Know its benefits – Without anxiety we would have been eaten by predators long ago. When we have more money and fewer worries it won’t go away. It gives us a coffee like buzz which helps us keep us on our game and to make the most of  life because it is reeling off he spool.

Exercise – the more strenuous the better.

Organize – take the time to label things and file them so you can retrieve them when needed. Keep your work area neat; put anything that might be a distraction out of sight.
