Choosing thoughts and solutions that take everyone’s needs into account is like suddenly looking around you with new and expanded vision; it’s called LEADERSHIP. Until leading becomes second nature to us, we can practice it by observing and supporting those willing to take the lead. By watching and supporting those who take charge, we train ourselves to become a leader.
